Workouts at the lunch break! Today

This week, for the first time I coached at lunch and I must say it went very well. I had never done before but the positives are several facts with respect to training in the evening, when I have to train in the evening during the day I thought the workout that I do, sometimes in the office there may be unexpected and sometimes I come home very late at night are also always very tired and many times to run out is very difficult. Of course, in 1h30 'lunch break the minutes are counted and must arrange every detail to be able to run 1 hour. This week I ran three times at lunch and I managed to do 55 'travel time, I'd say not bad! Given the positive side I think that at least twice a week so I will continue at least until the heat arrives, probably will be too hot when I return to training at night or opt for training at dawn!

now the first race of the season is approaching and training intensifies, the race will be the first marathon of the Doges April 10 that will be the first test of the grand prix Italy's roads, road racing circuit and I care I particularly like.
