last night despite the dense fog that is rampant these days in the Po Valley I did not want to give up my training and my trusted wear shoes, I left with a stack of reflective jacket and cardio workout on the wrist for a change of pace for 1 hour.
The idea of \u200b\u200bgoing out with that fog is not initially drove me crazy but I knew that I would be happy after an hour of work and I've been holding out anyway. The physical fatigue accumulated on Saturdays and Sundays e'fatta feel and in fact beats struggling to rise more than usual, still managed to complete the 'training as specified in the table.
Tonight unlike yesterday, the fog gave way to rain that usually does not give me problems even if if it rains at night in winter usually prefer to train on the treadmill. This morning I "climbed" the Pianezze!
This morning I woke up early with a plan to do hill training. I brought the machine in the church below the hill that leads to Mount Pianezze and Cesena. At half past eight I was already in the early minutes of ascent, The early morning weather was not the best and in fact after 45 minutes of continuous ascent I found a gift in the midst of a dense fog, but I still went up to the time of ascent. Then I came back in part to the asfslto and in part by following some trails. At the end of training my watch said 1:40 a.m. 'total training in only 1 hour average rose to 160 beats.
Tomorrow instead return a week later to get on my bike for a ride on a bike.

After 4 ½ months of the new cardio on the wrist!
Tonight exit from office, I decided to go for a ride. After 15 days off where I could train with light and with different times draws not at all easy to wear my running shoes after 19. But the biggest obstacle to change and draws out, once on the road because the enthusiasm e'acceso tonight after four months and a half I put the cardio on the wrist and I started with the work of change of pace.

This draws a weekend of racing and mountain biking. Yesterday morning despite the rain coming down I decided to walk out because I did not really want to stay home to do the treadmill, I will use anyway soon when I will arrive 'home Later in the evening and go out with the dark e'proprio not the best. Yesterday I was still limited to a slow run for an hour after the hill training on Friday afternoon I had very tired legs.

Is Too Much Citrus Fruit Bad For You Liver

Today, after many days of good weather came the rain and a gloomy day. After two days of training in mountain bike uphill saw the time I decided to do a race with Nicole, we left home at 16 and after 2 km, we began a hard climb that leads to the hill of St. Gallen, I must say that after two days of climbs in mountain bike I had heavy legs and aching and get on top was a real ordeal. The ascent of St. Gallen has almost 400 meters in altitude with peak gradient of 25%. I'm not used to this type of ascent, and bearing in mind also my little workout I had to work hard and in some places I let go and catch his breath for a moment I lowered the pace. Once we got to the top Collagù we headed along a road on a slight descent that still had patches of snow fell in those areas last night. It was necessary to be very careful trying to avoid the most amazing ice also because the visibility was low due to fog and low light. Once in Collagù we went down a steep concrete road, and we went home after 4 km on the flat course at a good pace.
Now I'm hoping for a weekend of time so gracious as to maximize the last two days of vacation, unfortunately since Monday to return to the office and must fight to find time for a workout.

After this long period in which they have been away from my blog and also from the race due to knee injury, I want to talk back to me with the new targets for 2011. As they say new year, new life. Certainly these four months have not been for me in terms of sports easy, because every day I went in search of causes for which my knee would not know me feel good. Between sightseeing and another, between attempts to run the other day hoping not to feel more pain, I finally remedied thanks to the holiday spent in Kenya with my husband 3 months after Nicholas I found the pleasure of running without pain, perhaps even a little warm thanks to who helped me to sfiammare knee fully. In recent months, however, not been stopped (for those who know me know that it is impossible for me) and I have given during the week to spinbike (which I bought and made at home) and on weekends to mountain biking, sports that I allowed to get out and hill training the hills near his home, discover wonderful places and relive the feeling of freedom that gave me the foot race.
Now that a new year began, the intention is to get back in shape (a bit lost in recent months), to start to train to walk with determination and perseverance seen races that await me in the near future and continue to train in mtb with the objective to participate in the bike racing circuit Scapin IMA Awards 2011.
course this year will not be easy "trap" the thousands of work commitments, family and training, but everything can be done just have to want.
