This morning I found myself with four friends and we ran 25 km on quiet bike path that connects with Follina lakes and Revine then Vittorio Veneto on the way back I found my husband Nicholas had a hand ride mtb gon other bikers.
instead as announced last weekend I went to Orvieto, Saturday I felt all the way, very nice and technical, while on Sunday I opted for the short course where I was ranked pretty well too ... unfortunately I have included in the ranking because I was enrolled for the long ...
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday are was to work in Germany and not having been able to train your every minute counted. Thursday I did 1 hour of race and Friday's average rate of 1 h running slow. Yesterday instead of 2 hours before the long bike today. Tomorrow
departure to Dubai for work until Friday's, we hope to go out on foot up at least 2 times ;-)!
