This week I have trained very little due to various work commitments.
Monday and Tuesday I did rest (forced), Wednesday and Thursday spinning 1h 1h race. Tonight I'll do a bit of race walking for 5 days and also because you might not run. Tomorrow and Sunday I will be in fact in Orvieto Running the race mtb "Orvieto wine marathon," from Monday morning to Wednesday evening I will be working hand in Germany and I do not think I can do anything. A little bad after three days of rest never hurt anyone; o)!
Sunday Orvieto wine will run the marathon and then below contains the description of the route which measures 42 km in altitude of 1200 meters.

Departure and arrival times are set in the green polo Ciconia school, located within the Urban Park Paglia. The initial section is steep and asphalt, so as to ensure the smooth running of the very early stages and safety of all participants. With the rise of the funicular railway, so called because of an old funicular water in the ruins are still visible, you leave the asphalt and you climb up the hill to Pallarete. The fun comes early with the first single track (The Poggente), characterized by a technical route and a spectacular slide. From here a wide road leads to the second undulating single track (Castel Pecci), this time very fast, which guides athletes toward loc. Bridge Morrano after dealing, on a wooden bridge, the ford of a small stream. Through highway bordering beautiful olive groves climb to Morro Vecchio. The third single of the race track (San Faustino) path in the opposite direction this year than last year, will bring the race back to Pallarete. A fast highway leading to the ascent of Pinetina, one of the most picturesque route, which will accompany the bikers to the beautiful landscape of Campogrande. Here begins the fourth single track (La Pineda) with tight corners dishes made with tree trunks. Climb up to the Casa del Sorriso, last effort before the fifth single track (the tube). A short stretch of asphalt ready for a fast descent through the new path of the Virgin Mary, a first for local athletes.
The portion of track near Loc Il Sasso highway runs along fast downhill single track leading to the sixth (of kids).
crossed the state road 79 bis, comes the most exciting moment of the journey, really wanted dall'Orvieto Wine Crew. The seventh single track (Caciotosto) is a paradise for lovers of mountain bike bottomed, continuous curves and reverse curves, changes of direction, speed, tearing a slight incline. Just out of the path a short stretch of dirt road leads to the Variante Ughetto, continuation of the single track of Caciotosto. Another step in a slide and then the last 2 km of gravel roads on the plains until the final step, drawn inside a tumble track to give the public the opportunity to applaud the athletes. The site
