Ladies Getting Molestrol In Train

Week of Sunday racing and mountain bike!



This week I was able to run enough, the training sessions have gone well, I managed to do everything I had planned and feelings begin to be good even if the races are still far away and there is still time to train.

Yesterday, I took my bike and Nicola went for a ride for 3 h with 1000 meters of altitude in the hills near his home. The ride was quite hard because we did 800 meters in one continuous climb, but I must say that it is definitely not fun especially in the difficult and technical downhill single track where I've thrown without fear. Now is the time of the first large fund in mtb, it will run to Sunday, 20 Orvieto wine marathon, I can not wait!

The coming weeks will be very challenging because I will be in Germany and Dubai for some business commitments, I do not know how I can run, we hope that there is a gym in the hotel so at least do something.

Monday:

: 1h 30' with rhythm changes

Sunday: 3h mtb 1000 m in altitude and technical descents
